Returns & refunds

You can cancel your order and return unopened items within 14 days of receiving them — no reason needed. To cancel, email hello@hydrelbeauty.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us.

Items must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing. Once we receive the return, we'll refund the full amount, including the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days.

Opened items: for hygiene reasons, foot masks and foot gel can't be returned once opened, unless they are faulty.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items: if anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email hello@hydrelbeauty.com with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
